1.Each Zone and Club is eligible to receive a grant of $1250 each Federation year for any set of Beginner Lessons, with a minimum of 10 lessons per set.
2.The grant amount for each Federation year may be adjusted by the Grant Committee, depending on the number of applications and funds available.
3.To qualify for a grant there must be at least one Beginner dancer who is completely new to the type of dance lessons they have enrolled in; OR they took dance lessons but did not complete the entire set; OR it has been 2 years since they last danced.
4.An Application For Grant – Group must be completed and submitted by the deadline date.
5.Clubs must keep lesson records for each Beginner dancer including full name, address, email address, phone number, and a signed weekly attendance sheet. This information will be kept for 2 seasons, and made available to the Business Manager if requested.
6.A Follow Up Report – Group must be submitted to the Business Manager within 30 days of completing the lessons. Include receipts of all expenses, and a copy of the Beginner Information Form.
7.Saskatchewan Lotteries must be credited with providing funding on all promotional material, and at all lessons via a visible poster.

*There is no membership charge for teen dancers: however they must be registered for membership through their club.

2. These events would typically be outside of normal club dates and require advertising and promotion well in advance. It is encouraged that the club or zone promotes callers/cuers/instructors from other zones or provinces.
3. An event with one session is eligible for $500.
4. An event with two sessions (1 or 2 days) is eligible for $750. 5. An event with three or more sessions (2 or more days) is eligible for $1500.
6. The host club/zone of the Annual SSRDF Inc. Weekend qualifies for a grant of $1,500.00.

1.Each Caller/Cuer/Instructor is eligible to receive a grant each Federation year to attend instructional functions. The maximum cumulative grants per individual will be $2,500.00
2.Exceptions may be considered should the same individual instruct more than one dance category (squares/rounds/clogging/line) and wish to attend one educational event/workshop for each dance category.
3.Leaders must be teaching dancers/clubs that are members of SSRDF and CSRDS.
